At the end of 2004, to encapsulate Vedior’s unique approach to recruitment, a new motif was created, ‘Where people matter’, which is now incorporated as an essential element within our corporate logo. We believe this motif clearly describes and distinguishes our Company.
Recruitment is the ultimate ‘people’ business. Not only do we find work for people, helping them to achieve their ambitions and matching work demands to their particular lifestyle requirements but we are also reliant on the commitment and talent of our own consultants as they are the ones who guarantee the quality and continuity of our services.
And naturally, ‘Where people matter’ is also the main theme of this year’s Annual Report. Within these pages you will be introduced to some of these people - temporaries working for Vedior operating companies in five different cities and in five different industry sectors. Real people, not models.
Each one of these photo-series chronicles a day in the life of our chosen temporaries, not just at work but also going about their normal daily routine. After all, one of the main advantages of temporary work is that it allows you to balance work and life priorities.
Within the Annual Report, we also profile one of our own recruitment consultants. You cannot provide a quality recruitment service without the right technology, without the right network and without the right attention to efficiency and cost issues. But at Vedior, more than anything else, it’s about the people. |
